Don't call 1-888-244-4440 as directed for business billing issues. Verzion delibertly publishes the wrong number to shift traffic away from the REAL Business Billing Line for Texas: 1-800-483-5700.

If you dial the first number you will wait on hold for 45 minutes to only be told by a rep who can barely speak English that she only supprts DSL and that you will need to call the FiOS Department.

The second line has a hold time of about 5 minutes.

Total Wasted Time: 1 hour 10 Minutes

I wonder if Verizon has a special Chief Pissoff Customers executive? I'm guessing they do because he/she is doing an EXCELLENT job!
